The mission of the Yellow Ribbon Alliance Lower St. Croix Valley is to continue Minnesota’s proud history of supporting our communities and the military servicemembers, veterans, and their families by creating a network of support that prides itself in trust, follow through, and commitment. The Alliance of all five communities received proclamation on August 23, 2011 from Governor Mark Dayton and Major General Richard Nash.

Kopp & Daughters
Sign Services went above and beyond the call to create this fabulous sign. As a veteran himself,
Lyman Kopp, designed and painted a beautiful “Welcome Home Troops” sign with
his daughter Cheryl Kopp and the Yellow Ribbon Alliance team posted it on the
big hill in Lakeland, Minnesota for all to see. Welcome Home Troops!
